Leon Jones, Jr. | Managing Attorney
Over the past 15 years I have worked in State Government, for a Large Corporation and Private Practice. I have served as Director of the Arkansas Department of Labor and Executive Director of the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission, represented businesses and individuals and provided counsel to non-profits.
I graduated from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff with a degree in English and the University of Arkansas School of Law.
I currently live in Little Rock with my wife, Tori, also a lawyer, turned yoga studio owner. We are parents to Bailey and Olivia and I have two other children, Leon, III and Sydney. In my free time, you’re most likely to find me watching the news, or attempting to play golf.
Marcus C. Devine | Partner
Marcus is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas and a graduate of the historic Little Rock Central High School. He is also the son of Pastor Arthur W. and Ercille Devine.
Marcus always had a desire to be a lawyer and went to the University of Pennsylvania for law school after completing his undergraduate degree at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He had a deep interest in trial law and advocacy. Forgoing opportunities in the northeast, Mr. Devine returned to Arkansas to practice law and his first job out of law school was in the Arkansas Governor’s Office as legal adviser and regulatory counsel. He was later appointed to the Governor’s Cabinet as Director of the Department of Environmental Quality and its 414 employees and eight divisions. Mr. Devine also practiced law in the private sector with Wilkes and McHugh and then started his own business, Adevco Inc.. Adevco focused on commercial construction, concessions management and oil field services.
Marcus came back to public service and worked as Associate General Counsel for the Department of Labor and then General Counsel for the Arkansas Department of Public Safety Division of Emergency Management. Marcus is excited to partner with Leon Jones’s Big Rock Legacy Legal Firm to provide comprehensive legal services and counsel to our community.
Marcus is a proud father and son and brother and native son of Arkansas.
Kianna Metcalf | Case Manager
Kianna Metcalf, MSL, has a diverse professional background and a strong passion for helping clients protect their legacies. With a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master of Legal Studies (MSL) from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law, Kianna combines her business acumen with her legal expertise to provide valuable client-driven support.
Before joining the firm, Kianna honed her skills as an Executive Assistant at a real estate company and an Insurance agency and she is a business owner. Her first professional job as an executive assistant is where she gained insight into contract law and developed a deep interest in the legal aspects of real estate transactions. Her experiences eventually led her to become a licensed realtor, where she further explored her passion for contracts and estate planning.
During her studies for her MSL, Kianna wrote a paper focused on protecting legacies and addressing the racial wealth gap through strategic estate planning—an issue she remains passionate about. This aligns with her work at BRLLG, where she is committed to helping clients safeguard their family legacies through thoughtful and comprehensive legal strategies.
Outside of her professional life, Kianna is a proud mother to D’Mario and Cyleigh, who are only a year apart. She enjoys spending quality time with them, educating them, and watching them grow.
Kiannna finds fulfillment in her multifaceted career and takes pride in being able to balance her professional passions with her personal life, all while helping clients navigate complex legal challenges.
Gregg Jane | Client Services Coordinator
Gregg joined Big Rock Legacy Group in 2024 and provides exceptional administrative and management support. She is committed to providing Exceptional Service to each client by delivering remarkable value and exceeding expectations. She is a licensed professional teacher from the Philippines and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Western Mindanao State University.
She is fur mom of four dogs and during her free time, she enjoys reading books, working out, doing outdoor activities, and traveling.
